WHERE IS THE INDICTMENT???

By Karl Denninger

If anyone else had done any of what Hillary has done, they'd already be in the dock and probably already have had their trial.  They certainly wouldn't be running for President.

Fox News exclusively obtained the text of the unclassified letter, sent Jan. 14 from Intelligence Community Inspector General I. Charles McCullough III. It laid out the findings of a recent comprehensive review by intelligence agencies that identified "several dozen" additional classified emails -- including specific intelligence known as "special access programs" (SAP).

That is far more-serious than "garden-variety" classified data.

These, like TS/SCI clearances, exist because there is some data the government has which, if disclosed, inherently is damaging.  For example the disclosure might finger the source so there is literally no such thing as a "non-harmful" disclosure of that piece of information.

Certain types of intelligence data falls into this category by definition because the information could have only come from one or a few possible sources and thus it merits greatly enhanced security.

People die when this sort of information gets disclosed, or a means of intelligence gathering is permanently closed off from future use.

The transport or holding of such data on an unapproved network by someone who agreed to keep said data in confidence demands indictment.

Where is it?

It's great how the Inspector General had to be read in to the various SAP programs that Hillary recklessly compromised.
